FAQ
What does the orange check mean?+
An active PRO membership — paid, or earned through a pop streak, invites or proven brand deals. It is not an audit of the audience: “numbers verified” is a separate badge that means the follower count was checked against the platform’s API. Demo profiles are labelled “demo”.
How long am I on The Lineup?+
Free: 24 hours on today's Lineup every time you pop — after that brands still find you in search and on your profile page, and one tap puts you back on. PRO stays on The Lineup non-stop without re-popping and ranks above every free creator.
Can I get PRO without paying?+
Yes — three ways, no card: re-pop 7 days in a row → 3 days of PRO (every time); invite 3 creators who pop their rate through your link → 30 days, as many times as you like; your first 3 proven brand deals (brand-confirmed or a verified payment screenshot) → 30 days, once.
What is a Category Top?+
When a brand filters The Lineup by your niche (say Beauty), you are pinned above everyone in that niche for 24h. 3 spots per niche at a time.
How do top spots work?+
There are 3 top spots at a time. You’re pinned in the top 3 (#1–#3) with an orange glow for 24 hours, first come first served — when one ends, it can be booked again.
Who can send me requests?+
Every brand — free and PRO. On PRO, requests from brands we verified (EU VAT register, company email domain or a manual check) are pinned to the top of your inbox, and you can switch to “verified brands only” if you prefer fewer, safer requests. It is off by default: every closed door is a lost lead.
Which brands viewed me?+
When a logged-in brand account opens your card we count it. Free shows how many brands this week; PRO shows which ones (company name, verified or not). Anonymous visitors are counted only in Insights totals.
What are the media kit and Insights?+
PRO only. The media kit is a one-page profile brands can open or save as PDF — reach, rates per format, audience, proof — always in sync with your profile. Insights count profile views, media-kit opens, Book clicks, upvotes and brand requests for the last 30 days (how many, not who), plus your position on The Lineup and your ask vs. the niche median.
How do I pay and cancel?+
Secure checkout by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Gumroad. PRO ($19/month) can be cancelled any time in your Gumroad account — the link is in Dashboard → Settings.
Is VAT included?+
No — all package prices are in USD excluding VAT. Gumroad adds VAT at checkout where it applies (for example EU consumers); businesses with a valid VAT ID can enter it at checkout.
